Resident DJ:  DJ Fact.50

DJ FACT.50 (or simply... Josh), is one of the more eclectic DJ's working in the bay area today. A DJ with ten years of mixing under his belt. Most of his sets consist of very atmospheric tracks, that flow naturally into each other. He hates making jarring transitions, and above all else loves to take requests and pay attention to what the patrons at his gigs want to hear.

At Trickster, he always forms his sets around the theme of each event. Mixing a wide range of musical genres from different cultures and time periods to create a one of a kind aural experience.

You can follow his upcoming gigs, and special promotional mixes at:

Josh is also the founder of post-punk.com, Vernian Process, and Gilded Age Records.

Charles Gatewood

"If you don't already own one of Charles Gatewood's photographs, books or videos, you have no right to call yourself a member of the underground. This ever curious chronicler of the culturally peculiar has been taking photographs for 30 years, and he shows no signs of slowing down." - Paper Magazine

Starting with artistic nude photography, William S. Burroughs and Wall Street in the 1960s and 1970s, his subjects expanded in the 1980s to include radical sex practices, s/m, bondage and discipline, dominance and submission. In the 90s Gatewood photographed modern primitives, erotic tattooing, extreme body piercing and blood sports. Now he web surfs to find twenty-first century tattooed and messy girls, goths and vampires, radical pagans, Burning Man and many other kinky kinds of people.

Tom Jonesing is...
Dean Mermell (The Tickler) and Steffanos X (Tantric Tom).

For 9 years Tom Jonesing was a 10 piece juggernaut that sported a horn section, 3 backup singers, and a number of unlicensed and extremely dangerous go-go dancers.
Now, we're a duo of piano and voice; still playing the music of Tom Jones, with a few of our own ideas thrown in for the sake of artistic confusion. We're also available as a hard rocking 4 piece band, featuring Kevin Witte on bass and Robin Bordow on drums. We play The Black and White Ball, cruise ships, swanky nightclubs, and private events (even a bachelorrette party in a yurt).  We're brave and strong. We'll rock, we'll croon. We'll even bring the piano.      www.tomjonesing.com/

"Chris Mallett is certainly one of the next generation of American classical guitarists' brightest lights. His incisive performances are infused with irresistable virtuosity and passion. He is a guitarist to watch."

Pi: The Physical Comedy Troupe is a collective of clowns not easy to forget. You could describe them as a combination of Charlie Chaplin, Saturday Night Live, and Looney Toons. Their crazy characters and high level circus skills have been known to induce labor. No really she laughed that hard...
